Troubleshooting process involving four steps: probe, analyze, isolate, and resolve.

PROBE:
ASK QUESTIONS OF CLIENT.
FIND OUT WHAT WENT WRONG

ANALYZE:
FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON USING TROUBLESHOOTING TOOLS

ISOLATE:
THEN FIGURE OUT WHERE THE PROBLEM AREA IS.  WHERE THE PROBLEM OCCURS MAY NOT BE THE ROOT CAUSE

RESOLVE:
FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM…
