CITRIX ISSUE: UNABLE TO PRINT COLOR DOCUMENT FROM ADOBE ACROBAT READER






SETTING DEFAULT TO COLOR ON PRINT SERVER…
1) Updated the PS drivers to the latest version
2) Set the default on the print server to Color (if it is set to black and white, it will not work)
3) Upgraded to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
4) You must select “Print as Image”

In order to get it to print in ‘Color’ and say the default is set to ‘Black and White’ on the print que, you must do this:

1) Lastest PS drivers
2) Only works in Adobe 8
3) Click File>Print and select you printer
4) Click on Properties
5) Here is where you have to click on the ‘Local Settings’ button and change your selection to ‘Color’
-clicking on Paper/Quality and changing it to color will NOT work
6) Lastly, you have to click on the Advanced button and then select ‘Print as image’

TO WIPE OUT THE PRINT AS IMAGE USE A PCL DRIVER… BUT YOUR MILEAGE WILL VARY…
