Have you ever wondered how to people send an email with the file showing up in the text of the email. Well this is how you do it. Note this is not, attaching a pdf… this is actually embedding meaning there is a picture that is the actual file in the body of your email.

For outlook here is how…

First I add in the email address
then the subject
then I add place holder text in the body
text above where I want the file
text below where I want the file
then click in the middle between the two…
next at the top of the outlook
click file
click options
click object and select the pdf option
then search for your pdf to add
add it and continue editing your email…
I usuallly attach the file just in case the email program on the recipients end can’t handle the protocol…
