CANON IPF770 MFP L36EI SCAN APP NOT WORKING

I faced an issue regarding a scan app not working…
we could scan but nothing showed up…
I checked the permissions… no change
I reinstalled the app… no change
I turned off the firewall… no change
I checked if smb was turned off… no change
I asked customer to restart pc…
I discovered customer was logged into two different user accounts at the same time.
Customer logged into Account A… switched to Account B
Account A was getting all the popups and notifications from the scan software… Account B showed nothing…
I informed customer to only log into one user Account… user Account B
not switch between A and B or this issue will happen again…
