More and more serial ports and parallel ports are being used less and less but there are times when you still use them on computers. Mostly on windows computers and printers designed for windows access. Every once in a while parallel ports and serial ports have issues. When they do have issues we need to figure out if its a software issue on the pc

TROUBLESHOOTING SERIAL AND PARALLEL PORTS ON PC

If it is not a software issue on the pc then we need to check if it is an issue with the printer attached.

If it is not the printer attached then we need to see if it is an issue with the physical port itself and or the cable.
