LEXMARK TONER (WRONG TONER INSTALLED OR TONER NOT INSTALLED MESSAGE)




If for all intents and purposes the old cartridge looks just like the new cartridge then you have a problem with the toner flag chip.  Contact the manufacturer about the chip being bad.  I had an issue like this recently.  I switched the chip in the old cartridge with the new cartridge.  I got the customer up and running.  Granted they had a message of toner being low… but at the least they had machine functionality.
