An Example Of When To Use Media Types

If you have a customer and he wants to print faxes received in one color and everything else on white paper

You would first of change the media type for the desired tray.

Second, you would change the media type for faxes received.

Third you would set everyone to print and copy from another tray that is not set to that media type and make that tray default

Last You would set the machine to use default tray
