How to use booklet finisher on kyocera (taskalfa and other models) copiers

Taskalfa Booklet Process

1. Pres copy
2. Press layout/edit
3. Press booklet

4. Press 2-sided >> booklet
There are options in this step for adding a cover to the booklet

5. press saddle stitch
6. press bind and fold
7. press ok
8. press ok
9. press quick setup

10. press paper selection to switch trays
use step 10 to switch paper you are outputting printout on.

Once you have setup the booklet finisher, you may not wish to go through the process every time. Your best bet is to set it up and then create a shortcut.

Create Shortcut

1. press layout/edit
2. press booklet
3. press add shortcut
4. press a box with “none” as its name
5. name it
6. register it

and then you are done…
